We do not sell user-submitted content, nor do we utilize such content to train third-party machine learning models. Generated scenes are published solely at the user’s discretion through embedding; uploaded content is not publicly accessible by default.
Data Ownership and Account Administration
All user-generated content remains the intellectual property of the associated organization. Access rights and permissions are governed at the organizational level. Authorized team members may generate and view scenes, while billing and administrative settings are strictly restricted to designated organization owners and administrators.
Personal Information
We collect and store essential account information, including your name, email address, affiliated organization, and assigned role. Authentication is securely processed through Neon Auth. This information is utilized exclusively for authentication, accurate attribution of generated scenes to the respective organization, and necessary account-related communications.
Third-Party Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party service providers to operate our infrastructure. Cloudflare R2 is utilized for storing videos and generated scenes, Modal executes the 3D reconstruction processes, and Neon hosts account data. These providers process data strictly on our behalf to facilitate the service, adhering to their respective stringent security protocols.
Data Retention and Deletion
Users may request the deletion of specific videos, scenes, or their entire account by contacting us at support [at] wherein.app. Upon such request, the source video and hosted scene are permanently removed from our active systems. Data residing in routine system backups will automatically expire in accordance with our standard retention cycles.
