By uploading video content, you grant wherein a limited, non-exclusive license to store the footage, process it into a derivative 3D reconstruction (scene), and host and serve the resulting scene for your embedding purposes. This license is granted solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not sell your footage or scenes, transfer them to unauthorized third parties, or use them to train third-party models. This license terminates upon your deletion of the content or your account, subject to standard backup retention cycles.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload the footage and to authorize us to host and publish the resulting scene. You agree not to upload content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, or footage containing individuals, property, or locations for which you have not obtained explicit recording consent.

Our service generates faithful 3D scenes based entirely on the provided video input. This may inadvertently include incidental subjects such as bystanders, reflections, or license plates. You assume full responsibility for the content captured in your footage. Should sensitive information necessitate removal, please contact us at support [at] wherein.app to request modification or reconstruction of the scene.

The service utilizes 3D reconstruction technology to generate scenes from user-provided video. While this provides an enhanced spatial representation, scenes remain approximations and may contain artifacts, reduced clarity, or visual anomalies. A generated scene does not constitute a measurement, certification, or legally binding representation of condition, and must not serve as a substitute for an in-person inspection. Users agree to utilize scenes truthfully and shall not employ the service to misrepresent conditions or conceal defects.

All user-uploaded videos and the derivative scenes generated by the service remain the exclusive property of your organization; wherein claims no ownership rights over your content. However, wherein retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, including its software, reconstruction pipeline, and website. These Terms grant a limited right to utilize the platform and expressly prohibit unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or resale.

Users agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt to compromise or artificially overload our infrastructure or embeds, conduct unauthorized security probing, or resell or white-label the service without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy that compromises the integrity of the service.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, flawless reconstruction of all videos, or the permanence of current features. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wherein disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on any generated scene. These provisions do not restrict statutory rights that cannot be contractually waived.

You may terminate your use of the service at any time and request the deletion of your account and associated content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or to safeguard the service. Upon termination, source videos and hosted scenes are permanently removed from active systems, with backups expiring on their standard schedule.
